Kevin Flaherty is a seasoned real estate and construction professional with 20 years of experience in property development, management, and both commercial & residential construction.

As the Owner and Broker of Town & Country Commercial, Kevin managed real estate portfolios and oversaw development projects across California and Nebraska. His expertise spans property acquisitions, sales, leases, entitlements, and strategic development, with a results-driven approach and a “get-it-done” attitude.

Kevin co-founded Flaherty Brothers Construction, Inc., which he sold in 2022. There, he played a key role in business development, project management, and operations for commercial construction and roofing projects throughout the Bay Area. His leadership and industry knowledge helped the company grow and establish lasting client relationships. Prior to his co-founding of Flaherty Brothers Construction, he worked with Bill Butler at W. L. Butler Construction in  expanding the company’s real estate division and managed a variety of ground-up and tenant improvement projects, deepening his expertise in commercial real estate.

A graduate of Chapman University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Kevin has been a licensed real estate broker in California since 2010. He has also co-founded several successful ventures, including a residential mortgage company, a commercial solar development firm, a packaged food distribution business, and a San Francisco bar.

Outside of work, Kevin lives in Sebastopol with his wife and son and enjoys taking care of his bees, chickens and their giant garden.
